1. Documents

Below, you’ll find a breakdown of the various documents and information required based on the screening type indicated:

1.1. Minimum Identification Data Set:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Citizenship
  • Permanent residence address

1.2. Actual Identification Documents:

  • Valid passport/ID card
  • Front photo of bank card (first 5 and last 4 digits, owner’s name, expiry date)
  • Photos of user with open passport against facial backdrop (legible)

Additional Identification Documents:

  • Secondary national identity card (e.g., driver’s license, military ID)
  • Document verifying client’s current permanent residence address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)

1.3. Source of Funds Documentation: The Company may request proof of funds source(s) used for betting or gaming activities. Examples include:

  • Proof of earnings (payslip, dividends, pension)
  • Bank statement/savings account showing consistent income from identifiable source
  • Dated proof of payment made to user
  • Other relevant documents as needed

Document Approval Criteria: Documents may not be approved for various reasons, including:

2. Payment Details

2.1. Account Blocking Rights: We reserve the authority to suspend a user’s account if there are suspicions regarding the use of credit/debit cards or alternative payment methods not issued in their name.

2.2. Notification of Changes: You are required to promptly inform us of any alterations to previously provided details, encompassing but not confined to changes in your financial status or funds’ source. Periodically, you may be asked to furnish specific documents to authenticate credit card details used for depositing funds. Based on the outcomes of these checks, further deposits with the same credit card may be permitted or restricted. Providing untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of contract, empowering us to terminate your account and/or restrict service access.

2.3. Prohibition of Third-Party Payments: We strictly prohibit third-party payments. Deposits must originate solely from bank accounts, bank cards, e-wallets, or registered payment methods under your name. Violation of this condition during security assessments results in confiscation of winnings and return of the original deposit to the payment account owner.
